The preview will not load

When a preview breaks, Ura does not show you an error to deal with. It hands the problem straight to the AI: you will see a small amber "Fixing" pill while it works, and the preview opens again when it is done.

If it stays down, check that the build has actually finished. Big first builds take a few minutes, and there is no preview until there is something to show.

Still blank? Say what you see: "the preview is not loading". That sends the engine after it. Restarting Ura is the last resort, and it is safe: your project is files on your computer and loses nothing.
