Ura is the Albanian word for bridge. We chose it because it names the job, not the technology.
A bridge has two sides. On the other side are the people who already run their days on AI: it does their paperwork, drafts their letters, builds their tools, untangles their files. On this side is everyone else, with a chatbot open in one tab, asking it questions and pasting the answers somewhere else by hand.
Getting across does not require being a programmer. It requires a bridge, and until now the only bridge was learning to code. Ura is the second bridge.
"Digital native" described the people who grew up inside the internet, and everyone born too early got to feel permanently late. You could not do anything about your birth year.
AI-native is different in one enormous way: it is the first nativeness you can acquire. Nobody is born AI-native. It is not an age, a talent or a qualification. It is a habit: AI becomes your first instinct, the way a native speaker reaches for their mother tongue without translating in their head.
You can tell when someone has crossed. They stop asking whether AI could help with something, because they already handed it over. They stop keeping AI in a drawer marked special occasions. And they stop being impressed, which is the surest sign of fluency there is.

When AI sorts a folder of receipts into a spreadsheet, it writes a small program and runs it. When it tidies the folder, builds the booking site, wires up the database: code, written and run. Code is not just one of the things AI can make. Code is how an answer becomes an action, how AI stops telling you about the work and does the work.
This is why a chatbot in a tab can only take you so far. Without your files, your folders and your computer, the smartest AI in the world can only tell you what to do. It cannot carry the work through. The most capable AI systems, the ones professional engineers use all day, are given somewhere real to operate: a computer, files, tools, and permission to run what they write.
Ura hands you exactly that, at full strength, without asking you to learn what a terminal is. You talk. Underneath, code is written and run on your own computer. You see the finished spreadsheet.
Everything the AI makes for you is, underneath, a small piece of software, and software has to live and run somewhere.
Most of it lives at home: on your computer, in ordinary folders, private and yours. The receipts, the letters, the plans. That costs nothing and answers to nobody.
Then one day you make something that deserves an audience. A booking site, a shop, a little tool your whole club uses. The moment other people need to reach it, it has to move out of your machine and onto the internet: an address, a database, hosting. A place of its own.
That place is what Ura sells. Not the intelligence. The residence.
Most AI building tools resell AI. They buy it wholesale and charge you for it in credits, so every message, and every retry, spends another credit. When the agent gets something wrong and tries five times, that is five times the credits. Nobody designed it to reward failure; it is simply what per-message pricing does. And because every message costs the platform real money, it has to cap you, meter you, or quietly serve you a smaller model. A ceiling on AI use is a ceiling on becoming AI-native.
We refuse the whole arrangement. You bring your own subscription, straight from the AI supplier, and Ura adds nothing on top: 0% markup, no meter, nobody in between. Your subscription costs what it costs and we do not earn a penny of it.
Our money is rent. When something of yours lives on the internet, you pay from £10 a month for the residence, and it grows £1 at a time, only on the thing your app actually needs more of. We earn nothing when you use AI more. We earn when the things you made are alive and working. Our incentives point the same way as yours, which is rarer than it should be.
A product is shaped by what it refuses. These are permanent.
That is the whole thesis. Everything is code. Code needs a home. And the person who stops translating and starts asking becomes AI-native, at any age, starting from any side.
