We want you to be happy with Ura. The app itself is free, so you can try the whole experience, including putting one project live, before paying anything.
The hosting subscription is billed monthly. You can cancel at any timefrom your account, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the period you've paid for.
If something goes wrong or you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 daysof a charge and we'll make it right, including a refund of that payment where appropriate. Because you can try Ura fully for free before subscribing, we generally don't refund partial months beyond this, but we'll always look at genuine issues fairly.
Payments and refunds are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Polar. You can also contact Polar directly via the receipt they send you.
