We want you to be happy with Ura. The app itself is free, so you can try the whole experience, including putting projects live within the free allowance, before paying anything.
The hosting subscription is billed monthly. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the current billing period. You keep your plan, and everything running on it, until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Making your plan bigger takes effect straight away, and the difference for the rest of the month is charged at the time you change it.
Making it smaller takes effect on your next renewal date. You keep the size you paid for until then, and it does not generate a refund or account credit. You bought the month at that size, so you get the month at that size.
Payments and refunds are processed by Stripe, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Stripe, including any tax you paid. You can also contact Stripe directly via the receipt they send you.
On your bank statement the payment reads LINK.COM* Ura, and your receipts come from Onelink. That is Stripe selling on our behalf as Merchant of Record, so it is us. You can view your orders, change your plan or cancel at link.com as well as on your Ura account page.
